    Whats up everyone!? I hope all of your weeks have been awesome full of daily scripture reading!! Kahit basit lang aldaw aldaw ( even if it's just a little every day ). I know it's east to forget sometimes with our busy lives but I also know of the peace and comfort the scriptures bring. Especially the Book of Mormon!      Okay so this week's email is gunna be alot shorter because I procrastinated writing it until tonight so I'm pretty tired. Let's get into it. I'm going to do a bulk summary of the week.     So this week we were able to teach 16 lessons! As I mentioned in last week's email, one of our ZLs went home. And since we don't have transfers until Thursday were in a trio with the other ZL, Elder Padilla. He's such a good missionary, I've already learned so much from him. We were able to work in both of our areas with kind of boosted our lessons but I'm counting them anyways.     We also had Zone interviews!! After 3 and a half...

Let's get into it        So last pday was solid! I got to FaceTime my parents in the morning and then we played a ton of basketball since it's around 20-27 degrees here now. When it gets really hot apparently people don't like to play. I'm still tryna hoop no matter what though hahaha. But yeah we got to see a few other Elders which was fun!     Tuesday we had such a cool experience. We were finding in one of our areas and when we knocked on this one house, a member came out. We were kinda surprised since he lives like 15 minutes away from here and soon figured out he is dating the lady who lives there!! We got invited in and were able to talk with here for a little bit.     What's up everyone!?! First week of 2024 in the books! So crazy. I hope ya'll at home and anywhere else are doing so good! This week was great, let's get into it     Tuesday started off with the regular morning workout. Later that morning we had a fire lesson with on of our Nanays (older ladys). Her name is Agnes. We had a really good lesson on God's love for each one of us and about His perfect plan for each of us individually. By the end of the lesson the spirit was so strong. We invited her to continue praying about our message. We'll see how she's doing next week! The rest of the day was lots of people not being home or they we hammered drunk from New Year's. We ended up having an uneventful afternoon.      Wednesday we had a few lessons fall through but ended up being able to teach an awesome Tatay. We've been trying to get him out to church and he's having a hard time committing. We talked about putting got first in our lives. He's soft...

     What's up everyone!?! I hope ya'lls 2023 was awesome! As we head into a new year, I challenge each of us to try and focus our lives more on the savior, Jesus Christ. As we do this we will have more hope, peace, and strength during our daily trials.      This week was pretty good over all! Monday was fullllll of fun stuff. We woke up and went to the stake center to go ball out for a couple hours. We lost track of time and ended up being late for our breakfast appointment, yeah we had a breakfast appointment. I don't know how often that usually happens but I mean it is what it is hahaha. We just went straight to the members house in our pday clothes, which probably was allowed but hey it was Christmas. But becuase we were late to the breakfast, we were also late to the lunch appointment. Let's just say she wasn't too happy. All is well now though hahaha. But yeah.
