Seek And Ye Shall Find

Hey ya'll! Honestly, this week was a hard week. But, hindsight is a wonderful thing. I have a couple things that I don't think I would have realized or attributed to God were it not for the struggle! Lets get into the week!

So we started off the week with two exchanges! Which means we as leaders have another companionship come to our area and we show them how we are having success and also to learn from them!! I learned a ton from both of them. They are both great Elders. We were able to teach sister Mardel and find a lot of new friends!!

The rest of the week was super interesting. We tried to do what we usually do and just go to all of our friends in one day, but literally no one was available. We felt like we were getting very little work done. On Saturday we were traveling around the Zone doing baptismal interview's! Which is ( in hindsight ) a blessing. At the time we were worried about not be able to work in our area. But. We are so blessed to be helping these people come unto Christ. I would much rather be interviewing people for baptism than the latter hahaha.

Another miracle happened on Saturday! We were waiting for the area presidency to approve 2 of our baptismal candidates for next Saturday. Which means they needed to be interviewed that day. And of course the interview was in 1 hour and we had no news yet....... but you know. Heavenly Father has that plan. He does indeed. Our mission president texted us and said "it's approved". Let's gooooo!!! We will be having a pretty awesome Saturday next week!

Sunday was tough but good. We of course were able to take the sacrament. So grateful for that saving ordinance. Wala nang iba talaga na makakaligtas sa atin. Google translate that if you want hahah. To make a long story short we had to find a way to get from one end of the zone 50 km north to the other end of the zone for another interview, and we do not have a car or bikes. So that was our problem. We were able to get a tricy and pay an outrages amount to get us there. But we got it done. It was super weird cause the girl I was interviewimg asked me to do it in english haha. I've never done it in english before so it was a cool experience.
It was getting pretty late by the time we went home and there was absolutely nobody who could give us a ride. So Elder and I decided to pray. As we opened our eyes a tricy comes out of nowhere and asked if we need a ride. Miracle for real.

Im so sorry I dont have time for a spiritual thought!! I love ya'll a ton. Please dont forget to read The Book Of Mormon. It'll bring peace to your day.

Peace

Elder Baker
