Transfers Last Week!

    Kamusta po lahat!? I hope you're all doing great! This week has been full of ups and some down too but over all was an awesome week. 


    Tuesday we were able to reach 3 or 4 lessons and find 4 new people. I'm especially happy about the findings since it was a family! We were able to teach as well as answer some questions they had about the church. They are super open to learning more. When we were leaving we asked when would be a good time for us to visit again, the mom got a little nervous, we asked if we could come this week she looked so relieved, she said she thought we wanted to visit every day or something hahaha she was very open to having us come back! 


    Wednesday was good and sad. We were able to teach probably 3 lessons which went well. When we got back to the apartment we looked at our phone and saw that the transfer list had been sent out. One of our ZL's got transferred, he was a stud and such a good missionary. I'm gunna miss him. We ate ice cream and talked until we had to go to bed. None of us thought he was going to be transferred since he only has 4 weeks left! So crazy! 


    Thursday was good and sad again hahaha. We got dropped by the Rivera Family who we've been teaching for a while. It was so sad. The mom told us they were so thankful for our message but that they are happy in the church they are in now. We testified to her of the truthfulness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and that we know God has a plan for them even if they don't accept his gospel right now. It's just so sad. We really love them and it's hard to have come so close and not commit. After we left their house we ended up finding a Nanay who's husband just passed away.  We were able to teach her about heavenly fathers Plan for her and that she will see her husband again. She was super receptive and it was awesome. 


    Friday was pretty melo. We taught 3 more lessons and had a dinner appointment. Our last lesson was with the Figaroa Family. We're trying to get them to church but it's been hard. They work on Sunday and they need that money to support the family. We testified to them that if they sacrifice for the Lord, He will take care of them. They aren't 100% convinced yet but we're trying hard with them!


    Saturday had one of the highlights of the week for surrrre. We had a baptismal interview! Her name is Jessica and she was our golden investigator. Everything we taught made sense to her and she would have questions for us from her Book Of Mormon study! We're so happy to see her progress along the covenant path!


    Sunday is always good. Very grateful for the opportunity we have every week to partake of the sacrament. After church we went and had some lessons with some of our new people from last week. We were able to visit the Melia family which went super well! We were asked to give a blessing but no one was home which was sad so hopefully they get better. She had dengue which I've heard is so bad. I'll probably get it while I'm here so I'll tell ya'll how it feels then.

   
    Well that was my week! Lots of great moments! I'm still working on the language but I'm definitely seeing progress! Especially in understanding people when they speak. Miss you guys and hope you're all doing great!

I love this so much! Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ are waiting with their arms wide open for all of us as we strive each day to become a little better. I know through daily repentance we can gain a truly personal relationship with our Savior. I know with all of my heart that he loves each of you individually and knows exactly what you are going through. He suffered so that you can find peace in this chaotic world.

Hey everyone!! Sorry for the slacking on my part with these emails haha. The weeks have been flying by. I'm almost at a year which is kinda wild . This emails going to be a little bit shorter though. A Short One

Hey everyone!! Today's been a bit busy so I'm just going to give a little spiritual thought. Spiritual Thought  Helaman 14:31   31 He hath given unto you that ye might know good from evil, and he hath given unto you that ye might choose life or death; and ye can do good and be restored unto that which is good, or have that which is good restored unto you; or ye can do evil, and have that which is evil restored unto you.    I testify of the joy of daily restoration. Through repentance and the atonement of Jesus Christ, we can all choose to have the good restored unto us. I love my Savior, Jesus Christ. I know He loves me. Mission Vaccination??

    Kamusta sa inyo lahat?? How are ya'll doing?! Thanks to all of you who sent me a "get better soon" email! It was awesome to feel the support from across the world for real. Thanks to your guys's prayers, i'm back to normal! Buuuut even though I'm all good again, don't hesitate to send me an email if your heart so desires. I love reading them no matter the content hahaha the more random, the better the laugh I get. So feel free!! Anyways, my past week was great but very fullll! Lets get into it!     Tuesday we had Zone Conference which was 2 hours away. We had to wake up at 5 in the morning and ride in a jeepny. I was still somewhat sick on tuesday so that ride killed me. At Zone Con I actually felt pretty decent, which was a tender mercy 100%. We got a ride home from the APs which was so fun. They are a wild couple o' Elders haha. But I do look up to them a ton.
